About Me

I’m a strategic communicator who thrives on personal connection and believes great storytelling can change communities. With a background in journalism, including more than 550 bylined articles, I bring a reporter’s curiosity and precision to every campaign I lead. Over the past decade, I’ve developed and executed marketing strategies that boost member engagement, increase event attendance, and strengthen brand visibility for regional organizations.

My work is deeply mission-driven. I’ve led mental health and suicide prevention initiatives, coordinated awareness campaigns, and created communications that connect people with life-saving resources. I live at the intersection of creativity and strategy, conceptualizng creative ideas, translating them into clear, compelling messages, and executing them in an action-driven manner to drive organizational improvement.

Outside of work, I channel my creativity into designing wedding florals and developing a 2,500-square-foot permaculture food forest in my backyard. I love traveling to industry conferences to bring fresh, innovative ideas back to my team, and at home, I recharge by spending time with my husbnd and three dogs.
